We’re in a tight financial spot, and new to g.f. i’m trying to save the g.f. food for hubby to save money, but i need to know what online store i can shop at to get g.f. food at a low cost. i’ve seen amazon’s selection, and that’s great, but sometimes i can’t afford to buy in bulk.

Unprocessed meat, fish, vegetables, eggs, cheese, nuts and fruit are gluten free.

So, instead of buying expensive gluten free products, just go back to the dinners your granny served: a piece of meat, some vegetables and potatoes.

You can make coatings with crushed potato chips (uk: crisps), if you particularly want to coat your meat, or make a batter with gram flour (besan/chickpea flour/garbanzo bean flour), which is generally found in the ordinary part of the store, so doesn’t get a premium price added – although it is gluten free, having never been near a grain of any kind.
