		<description>Depends on how it is run, but if someone orders something and you delgate that order to a supplier, then you have almost no libaility.

As far as corp vs sole, sole is best until you are big. I would say if you are earning 80k a year, then maybe corp up. Until then, there is no real advantage.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;I own an online retail store.</description>
